General Notes
The NVIDIA trademarks are used to distinguish products or other nouns, as with all other trademarks, and are to be used as adjectives.

If a trademark is shown in the above listings, all written references to that mark must include the mark as shown (e.g., mental ray rendering software). Similarly, trademarks should not be shortened or abbreviated: mental matter should not be referred to as "matter''; mental mill should not be referred to as "mill".

A ® or ™ designation -- positioned immediately after the mark and superscripted -- need only be used upon the first time a mark is used in a document. However, in newsletters, manuals, or publications, etc., consisting of several articles or chapters, the ™ or® should be designated with the first use in EACH article of a chapter. Single Copy License
