The LumeTools were purchased by mental images from Lume, Inc. in 1998. This software known as "LumeTools Box1/Box2" was distributed by 5D since August 1998.
Customer enquiries and e-mail support questions shall be directed to mental images from now on. Please send your e-mail to mental images. Upon request, we are pleased to provide you with the current price list.
Please note that the LumeTools for mental ray Version 2.1 and 3.x for Softimage|3d v 3.91 are sold by mental images as a complete set containing all shaders. If you wish to receive new and/or additional licenses or updates for previously obtained licenses you will need to purchase the LumeTools Collection and/or annual support from mental images. (To be entitled for support please provide a proof that you have purchased the software from 5D).
The LumeTools are a built-in feature of Autodesk's 3ds max. For further information and support questions for the use of the shader set with 3ds max please contact a local representative of Autodesk.
